European Sales Manager (m/w/d)

AVL Deutschland GmbH offers a position on behalf of Greenlight Innovation in Germany (DE) as an European Sales Manager (m/w/d) .

Greenlight Innovation , a global leader in the design and manufacture of fuel cell and electrolyzer test equipment, is expanding our presence in Europe. We are seeking a European Sales Manager to lead our commercial activities across the region. This role combines strategic sales development with direct customer engagement, requiring a strong technical foundation and a customer-focused mindset.

IHR AUFGABENBEREICH:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase European market share
• Provide technical consultation and support to customers and partners in collaboration with engineering
• Represent Greenlight at trade shows and conferences, including booth management and technical presentations
• Understand and translate customer requirements into suitable technical solutions
• Actively manage the sales pipeline and lead opportunities through the entire sales cycle
• Report regularly on market trends, customer feedback, and competitive activities

IHR PROFIL:

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering
• Several years of experience in technical sales, preferably in fuel cells, hydrogen, or process engineering
• Strong technical aptitude and understanding of complex systems
• Fluent in German and English; other European languages are a plus
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
• Independent, self-motivated, and flexible with a willingness to travel
• Strategic thinker with a goal-oriented, proactive approach
