HR Specialist (m/f/d)

  Your mission

• Support COE modules with professional HR policy, process, IT and template(eg. Budget management, recruitment and allocation, performance management, Promotion, C&Q, talent development, HQ project Subsidy Support, etc.);

• Support daily communication with HQ contact person;

• Support platform HRBP topics and team operations;

• Support to non-employee management;

• Cooperate with the HR team to support HR team operations

  Your areas of expertise

• Initial experience in a similar function and/or completed academic degree, e.g. in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business or another related field.;

• Work experience in HR, experience in high-end research environment is advantageous.

• International working experience across different functions and/or countries;

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills combined with team spirit, intercultural awareness for European and Asian culture and openness for an international environment in a Chinese company;

• Fluent in Chinese/ English/ German;

• Basic knowledge of German labor law or visa issues is advantageous.

• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and online collaboration tools;
