Job Description

The booking is confirmed — and that’s when the real sales opportunity begins. As Product Manager (m/f/d) Personalization, you shape how SIXT increases revenue after the booking by delivering the right offer to the right customer at the right moment. You own the personalization strategy across three core revenue streams: vehicle upsells, protection products, and extras. This complex field involves rich reservation data, diverse customer segments, and multiple revenue streams to orchestrate. YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• You own the product strategy for personalization across vehicle upsells, protection products, and extras, defining which offers reach which customer segment, at which moment, and across which digital touchpoints to maximize customer value and revenue growth 

• You build data-informed personalization concepts for different customer segments, including leisure travelers, business customers, families, partner bookings, and group rentals, ensuring every offer is relevant to the individual customer journey 

• You optimize the complete post-booking customer journey across confirmation, pre-arrival, check-in, and the rental experience, identifying the best opportunities for cross-sell, upsell, and conversion optimization 

• You translate complex customer data, behavioral insights, and commercial requirements into scalable product strategies and clear concepts that development teams can successfully implement 

• You work with business stakeholders across sales, revenue management, and operations to keep your concepts commercially solid and operationally feasible

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• Experience  You have several years of experience in Product Management, ideally as a Product Manager, Digital Product Manager, Growth Product Manager, or E-Commerce Product Manager, with a proven track record of improving customer experience, conversion, personalization, or commercial performance 

• Product & Commercial Thinking  You understand digital product development, customer journeys, conversion funnels, user experience, and product discovery. You identify opportunities to improve conversion, customer value, upsell performance, and commercial impact through better personalization 

• Strategic Thinking  You quickly understand different customer segments and complex, data-rich environments, translating them into simple, structured product strategies that teams can successfully execute 

• Data Literacy  You confidently work with product analytics, customer data, experimentation results, and analysts to make evidence-based product decisions. You are a credible partner for technical teams without requiring deep technical expertise 

• Collaboration  You communicate clearly and confidently with PMs, UX Designers, and business teams, bringing people along on complex topics 

• AI Fluency  You use AI tools and large language models as part of your daily product management workflow to develop concepts faster, analyze customer journeys, explore product ideas, and accelerate decision making
