What you'll do

Lead the development and implementation of innovative projects that will set the course for Knauf's global business practices
Craft project approaches, manage timelines, allocate resources, and oversee budgets to secure success
Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, whether managed internally or supported externally
Harmonize your project roadmaps with other initiatives, creating a cohesive strategy that drives overall program success
Guide project teams and engage stakeholders by preparing and delivering impactful presentations to senior management and steering committees

Who you are

Hold a Master's degree in Business or a related field, demonstrating your strong educational foundation
Have a proven track record in management consulting as a project manager, leading and delivering successful projects
Thrive in managing multiple projects simultaneously, showcasing your top-notch project management skills
Excel in analytical and quantitative tasks, making decisions rooted in data
Possess excellent communication skills, capable of simplifying complex topics for stakeholders at various organizational levels, both in person and remotely
