We are seeking a talented Full-Stack Engineer to join our HR tech startup. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining both frontend and backend components of our platform. The ideal candidate is proficient in Typescript, ReactJS, and has experience with backend technologies like Fastify and PostgreSQL. You will work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with a team to build innovative solutions for our users. We need minimum mid-level Engineers (5 years + experience in a similar role)

Tasks

Development Responsibilities

• Frontend Development Develop and maintain frontend features using ReactJS and Typescript.
• Backend Development Build and maintain backend services using Fastify and Typescript.
• Database Management Design and manage database schemas and migrations using PostgreSQL
• Product Thinking Clarify, suggest, and ask product related details to address the needs of the customer

Technical Responsibilities

• Debugging & Maintenance: Troubleshoot and debug applications.
• Performance Optimization: Proactively identify and resolve performance bottlenecks.

Requirements

Experience & Skills

• Professional Experience: 5+ years of professional experience as a Fullstack Engineer.
• Technical Skills: Experience with React.js and Node.js.
• Database Management: Experience working with relational databases.

Technical Skills & Methodologies

• Agile Development: Experience with Agile development methodologies.
• API Knowledge: Strong understanding of RESTful APIs.
• Analytical Skills: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
