That’s the power of plus. ## Job Description As a **Junior Video & AI Content Creator (Organic)** you support the end-to-end content creation process – from ideation to production and optimization. You combine hands-on video production skills with a growing understanding of AI-driven content creation to deliver engaging and scalable content for organic channels such as social media, websites, and internal platforms. You work closely with producers, senior creators, and stakeholders while continuously learning how to leverage AI tools to improve efficiency, variation, and creative output. **Key Responsibilities** **Concept & Planning** * Develop creative concepts and storylines for short-form-vertical content and long-form horizontal content. * Prepare and execute productions – in alignment with your responsible producer – according to scope and complexity while coordinating closely with the production calendar and team members. * Oversee and maintain the studio capacities and production equipment to ensure readiness and efficiency. * Explore and apply AI tools to support ideation and content production **Production & Filming** * Take a fully hands-on approach to setting up, and operating all internal and external production equipment, including cameras, lighting and audio. * Combine traditional production with AI-supported workflows * You have experience in using GenAI to achieve your content requirements * Comfortable leading productions independently while also thriving in larger team setups for complex shoots or AI worklows across changing environments and topics. * Bring a strong passion for storytelling and a solid understanding of YouTube-style content and formats. (TikTok experience is a plus) **Post-Production** * Edit footage including cutting, color grading, sound design, and basic motion graphics, in alignment with our motion design team and if needed with AI tools. * Strong understanding of platform-specific requirements combined with solid technical expertise. * Proven ability to adapt and localize content using scalable and structured workflows. * You value structure and reflect this through clean and organized asset and tool management. ***The employment contract is a fixed-term contract of two years*** ## Qualifications * 2+ years of experience in video production or content creation incl. GenAI content * A portfolio that showcases your work and demonstrates your skills. * Strong storytelling, visual communication skills and a strong team player * Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro / DaVinci Resolve, AfterEffects or similar * Hands-on experience with professional camera, sound and lighting setups * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines * Structured, proactive, and solution-oriented working style ## Additional Information Headquartered in Munich, with offices across Madrid, Krakow, Wroclaw, London and Vienna, we collaborate because we genuinely love working together - so you’ll be at the heart of an incredible, multinational team.
