The Head of Fleet Security and Intelligence (m/f/d) at SIXT plays a pivotal role in leading and shaping three closely connected units: Fraud Prevention, Security Operations, and Vehicle Repossession. This leadership position is designed as a "Build & Run" role, requiring a balance between managing daily operational stability and establishing sustainable, high-performing security structures and processes. YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• You lead and develop three interrelated security units into a cohesive, high-performance organization
• You design and implement a company-wide governance structure with KPI frameworks and reporting dashboards
• You coordinate operational security across 11 European markets with varying legal and cultural contexts
• You balance effective fraud prevention with an excellent customer experience and business conversion
• You regularly report to Senior Management and Board and collaborate closely with key internal and external stakeholders
• You coach and develop team leads while driving organizational change and professionalization initiatives 

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• Experience  You bring several years of leadership experience (minimum 5 years) in fraud prevention, security operations, or vehicle repossession/asset recovery
• Expertise  You have a strong understanding of risk management principles and practical implementation in an international, dynamic environment
• Governance & Reporting  You have proven experience in developing and implementing KPI frameworks, reporting structures, and governance models that create transparency, drive performance, and support data-informed decision-making 
• Leadership  You excel at leading culturally diverse teams and managing complex organizational structures with maturity and pragmatism
• Communication  You deliver clear, compelling narratives to both operational teams and senior management
• Languages  You are fluent in English, and German skills are a strong advantage
• Motivation  You possess entrepreneurial thinking with the drive to build structures while maintaining operational excellence
