THE TEAM AND ROLE

As an Intern in Project Management (all genders) , you’ll support our implementation and customer success teams to ensure that hospitals benefit from our platform from day one. You will gain first-hand experience in managing complex digital health projects and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive successful rollouts, while learning how to build and sustain strong customer relationships in a high-stakes environment.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support various customer projects aimed at implementing our software in hospital environments

• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to help ensure project success and long-term customer satisfaction

• Assist in documenting and managing projects throughout the entire lifecycle with attention to deadlines and deliverables

• Contribute to improving internal processes and tooling to drive efficient project execution

• Help visualize and present key performance metrics and outcomes to customers

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• Current studies in Business , Medical , Informatics , or a related field

• First experience in project management is a plus

• Ability to support and prioritize multiple projects with diverse stakeholders

• Solution-oriented and proactive mindset with a strong focus on execution

• Self-organized and structured working style

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English
