Senior Inhouse Expert / Consultant SAP SD (m/f/d)

Your tasks

• You will manage SCM projects with a focus on order management (SAP-SD) and advise the business departments on all IT matters based on the defined target architecture
• You will strengthen the SAP SD team for our international SAP S/4HANA transformation project
• You will conceive, design and implement business solutions in the area of SCM (focus on SD) considering our governance model
• The customization of the application, the functional tests, plus support with integration tests or user acceptance tests are vital parts of your tasks as well.
• You will create IT concepts as input for our development team and advise and support the selection of suitable applications.
• You are the contact person for external service providers and responsible of managing them in the project.
• You will provide holistic support for our SAP logistics applications, add-ons and interfaces to subsystems.
• You work at a maximum of 20% as part of Level 2 and 3 support.

Your qualifications

• You have a degree in computer science, industrial engineering, business administration or a comparable field of study.
• You have good professional experience as a consultant in the SAP logistics environment with a focus on SAP SD, ideally experience in the S/4 environment.
• You have in-depth SAP knowledge in the area of Sales & Distribution (SD), cross-module integration knowledge in the area of logistics, as well as end-to-end process knowledge, e.g. quote to cash.
• You have practical experience in the conception and implementation of business processes in SAP ECC and, if possible, S/4HANA.
• You have IT project management experience in the area of introducing new processes or systems.
• You are a team player with a cross-functional and process-oriented mindset, as well as strong analytical skills combined with assertiveness.
• You have a strong customer and service orientation, coupled with diplomatic, skills.
• A confident demeanor, an independent way of working and strong communication skills are among your strengths.
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills complete your profile.
