YOUR ROLE

As our Waiter/Bartender - Bar , you will be responsible for creating memorable guest experiences through exceptional service, craftsmanship, and genuine hospitality. You will support the servivce within our bar operations, prepare and serve beverages to the highest standards, and act as an ambassador of the Rosewood brand. Through your passion for service and attention to detail, you will help create a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere where guests feel genuinely cared for and every interaction leaves a lasting impression.

• Deliver personalized and engaging service, ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable experience.
• Handle guest requests professionally, efficiently, and with genuine hospitality.
• Prepare and serve cocktails, beverages, and bar specialties according to established recipes and standards.
• Maintain the highest levels of service excellence in line with Rosewood brand standards.
• Ensure compliance with all hygiene, quality, and safety regulations.
• Monitor product quality and presentation to consistently exceed guest expectations.
• Contribute creative ideas and recommendations to further enhance our beverage offerings and guest experiences.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues and other departments to ensure seamless operations.
• Create a welcoming atmosphere that reflects the spirit and luxury of Rosewood Munich.

COULD THIS BE YOU?

• Completed vocational training and previous experience in a similar role within a bar, restaurant, or luxury hospitality environment.
• Passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences and a strong host mentality.
• Confident, professional, and polished appearance with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Very good written and spoken German and English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and a high sense of responsibility.
• Knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, and beverage service standards.
• Flexible, creative, and highly team-oriented.
• Ability to remain composed and professional in a fast-paced environment.
• Eager to learn, grow, and continuously develop your skills.
• Genuine enthusiasm for luxury hospitality and creating memorable moments.
