Working Student - Growth (m/f/x)

We’re looking for a hands-on, curious, and driven Working Student – Growth (m/f/x) to join our team and support across a variety of commercial and business functions.

As a fast-growing climate tech start-up , we can’t define every detail of this role in advance – and that’s exactly what makes it exciting. You’ll work closely with multiple departments, gaining broad, behind-the-scenes insight into how high-performing teams build companies from the ground up. Key Responsibilities 🎯
While the exact tasks may evolve over time, here are some areas where you'll likely contribute:

• Make things run, better: Support and improve internal processes, from customer onboarding to lead management and tool implementation.
• Support where it’s needed most: You’ll jump into projects across departments like Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Success – whether that means researching tools, helping prepare materials, or coordinating internal initiatives.
• Create memorable moments: Contribute to the planning and execution of company events, like our Hamburg Week and customer-facing gatherings.
• Support GTM with precision: Help keep our CRM (HubSpot) clean and organised, support lead funnels, and enable sales & marketing to move fast.
• Be ready to connect: Depending on the project, you may occasionally interact with customers – whether to gather feedback, support onboarding, or help coordinate events.

Requirements

Skills & experience you will need 💪

• You’re currently enrolled in a Master's degree (nice to have, not required)
• Experience in a startup or B2B environment — you understand how to get things done in a fast-paced setting
• Good with Microsoft 365 — you like structured work and building clarity
• Great communicator — clear, friendly and able to ask the right questions
• Project management comes naturally to you and can juggle timelines & to-dos with ease
• Fluent in German and English
