Industrial Development Project Assistant Leased Labor (18-month) (m/f/d)

Your mission

Industrial Partnership Communication: Facilitate communication between European-standard industrial development experts and internal product lines/technical teams; ensure external partnership requirements are clearly translated and internal/external collaboration processes proceed smoothly.

Industry Information Consolidation: Support the organization and summarization of industry insights and partnership project data; compile key requirements from industry stakeholders and internal product lines into reports for review by relevant internal parties and management.

Presentation Material Preparation: Prepare high-quality presentation materials (e.g., PPT reports) for project progress updates, deliverable reviews, and management briefings to support efficient decision-making.

Daily Project Support: Provide coordination support for industrial development projects, including organizing and facilitating partnership meetings, marketing events, tracking action items, etc.

Your areas of expertise

• Degree in Engineering or similar

• Experience: 5+ years in industrial development or marketing events

• Proficient in document creation (PPT, Excel, Word)

• Strong communication and comprehension skills

• Knowledge of the manufacturing or automotive industries
