Founding Account Executive (m/f/d)

Tasks

You are our outbound engine . You build and manage your pipeline, call freight forwarders, and turn first contact into revenue. Full ownership, direct line to the founders and visible impact from day one.

• Outreach with a smile: Identify decision-makers, prep messaging, and pick up the phone .
• Deal ownership: Qualify, run discovery/demos, multithread, close .
• Pipeline & forecast: Keep CRM tight, move deals cleanly through stages, hit quarterly targets.
• Feedback loop: Turn objections and win/loss learnings into product inputs and sharper talk tracks.
• Scaling: After proving the motion, recruit and coach SDRs .

Requirements

50% motivation | 40% brains | 10% experience

• You’re excited about sales and direct contact with people.
• 1–3 years experience in B2B SaaS, consulting, or logistics.
• Fluent German & English (written and spoken) - additional languages as a “+”
• CRM basics (Pipedrive/HubSpot/SFDC); comfortable with sequencers; phone-led selling.
• High self-motivation and persistence
• Entrepreneurial mindset: You see opportunities instead of problems
• You love celebrating success with a young, ambitious team 🍻
