We're on a mission to create 10 million human firewalls! At revel8, we redefine cybersecurity training with hyper-realistic simulations that reflect today's evolving attack landscape. Our innovative platform combines AI-driven multi-channel attacks with gamified, real-time learning to build resilience where it matters most: the people.

Your mission

We're starting our European expansion and we're looking for several Interns to help us open up different markets across Europe. As an International Expansion Intern at revel8, you are at the heart of this journey, blending analytical thinking with hands-on execution to open up your market. You are a key driver of our business development engine in your target market, identifying untapped potential and turning it into a healthy pipeline of promising companies.

How your day-to-day will look like:

• Build your Pipeline: You test and optimize experiments tailored to your target market, find scalable ways to generate new leads, and identify promising companies to fill the sales funnel. You use cutting-edge tools to automate our outreach and business development processes.
• Grow our Business: You take part in the early growth journey, from identifying leads to engaging with potential customers and qualifying opportunities. As you grow into the role, you take increasing ownership of the top of the funnel and hand off warm opportunities to our sales team.
• Support Company Building: You support diverse initiatives and contribute to cross-functional projects that shape the direction of our company, creating localized materials, to supporting product feedback loops based on the needs of your market.
• Represent revel8: You are the face of our company at market-focused webinars, events, and customer calls. You understand the specific needs of local clients and feed your insights directly into our global growth.

Is it you we are looking for?

You...

• are currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree , whether in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a similar field. We welcome diverse backgrounds, what matters most is your curiosity, motivation, and ability to take ownership.
• have first relevant experience in sales, business development, or growth, for example through a previous internship, a student initiative, or your own project.
• are a confident communicator: You enjoy interacting with potential customers and feel comfortable presenting your ideas.
• are tech-savvy and excited about AI: You're comfortable using digital tools and ready to dive into building scalable processes through automation. You're curious about how AI is transforming the cybersecurity space and eager to rethink how security awareness is done.
• are a motivated & goal-oriented self-starter: You take initiative, work independently, and bring a strong sense of ownership to everything you do. You love exploring new approaches, challenging the status quo, and solving real problems.
• are fluent in English plus one more European language: You can communicate confidently with our team as well as with clients and stakeholders in your target market. We're opening up several markets, so whichever European language you bring, there's likely a market for it. German on top is a plus.

You should be available for 3+ months.

revel8 is building the next generation of cybersecurity awareness for the age of GenAI. We help organizations protect themselves against modern social engineering attacks by turning their employees into an active line of defense.

It's been a fast ride so far: Founded in August 2024 by Tom and Julius , we moved to the Merantix Campus in Berlin and welcomed Robert as our CTO and co-founder shortly after. We landed our first enterprise customer in March 2025, raised our €5.1M seed round in September 2025, and moved the whole team back to Munich in February 2026. Today, we are around 40 revels working side by side in our new office every day.
