Role Overview:

As a Working Student - Business Operations , you will play a pivotal role in supporting Hypersonica's operational excellence. This role is designed for motivated students who are eager to contribute to a high-impact environment while gaining hands-on experience. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations, support strategic initiatives, and drive process improvements.
Key Responsibilities

• Data Management & Process Support: Assist in critical tasks such as SAP master data migration, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in our operational systems

• Project Planning & Execution: Develop and maintain project plans, track progress, and identify areas for optimization to support our fast-paced environment

• Operational Excellence: Collaborate with teams to streamline workflows, improve processes, and ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards

• Cross-Functional Support: Partner with leadership, engineering, finance, and administrative teams to deliver seamless operations and scalable processes

Who We’re Looking For

• Academic Background: Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, engineering, or a related field (third year or later).

• Experience: Proven track record in fast-paced environments, ideally through internships or academic projects.

• Skills & Attributes:

• • Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.

• • Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) is a plus.

• • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; German proficiency is a bonus.

• • A proactive, mission-aligned mindset with the ability to work autonomously and follow through on tasks.
