Tasks

• As part of our international and multicultural team, you will support our customers throughout the entire project lifecycle (E2E) from initial contact to completed integration and take responsibility for complex tasks.
• In this role, you act as an interface between the business and IT departments.
• For complex issues, you develop exploration concepts and technical concepts and coordinate these with the stakeholders.
• You are responsible for the technical and professional pre-qualification of requirements, monitor the technical integration , support test management, and accompany the rollout.
• In our innovative and self-organized team, you value knowledge transfer and actively contribute your ideas to the continuous improvement process to optimize the organization and processes in collaboration with the customer.
• You use your communication skills in direct customer contact and implement new ideas with the customer.

Qualifications

• You have successfully completed a university degree in (business) informatics, (business) mathematics, business administration or a comparable qualification combined with analytical and structured thinking skills.
• You understand customer centricity as an important success factor.
• You are enthusiastic about IT technologies in conjunction with technically complex challenges and you enjoy taking on the role of a technical expert.
• Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, R) is an advantage.
• You have a confident demeanor, strong communication skills , and are a team player. You are characterized by a solution-oriented, structured, and independent work style.
• You are fluent in German and English, both spoken and written.
