Job Description

• Join us in a cross-functional team whose goal is to make our Customer Support team more effective and satisfy our next million clients!
• Work as a BE/Salesforce Engineer.
• Maintain and evolve our Salesforce solutions for Customer Support.
• Build features in the Scalable Capital BE services on the domain of Customer Support and Self-Service.
• Create, run and improve microservices as well as frontend code using TypeScript, React and Node.js.
• Leverage AWS cloud and serverless services to build and run our platform efficiently.
• Write clean, testable, maintainable and well-documented code and treat security as a first class citizen
• Work with cutting edge technologies and be part of modern software development practices (e.g. agile and self-managed teams, continuous integration and deployment, test automation, cloud-based infrastructure and tooling)

Qualifications

• A university degree in a relevant field of study (Computer Science, Engineering, etc.) or a comparable practical experience.
• At least 3 years of software development experience involving Salesforce AND Java/Kotlin/SpringBoot BE.
• Knowledge of JavaScript/Typescript is a plus.
• A passion for well architected, testable and documented code and an agile mindset.
• Strong analytical thinking, both in the technical and in the product domain.
• Crisp communication skills in English.
• Background in the financial industry and financial software product development is an advantage.
