Your seat to fill:

• Execute and maintain the assortment strategy for CYBEX Retail stores in close collaboration with Retail, Product Management, Omnichannel Sales and Marketing
• Responsible for internal buying (definition of product mix, price levels, mix of commercial and marketing assortment share)
• Execute the Go-to-market strategy in line with global launch dates, campaigns and guidelines. Assort effectively and efficiently for the retail stores based on product, seasonal and marketing launch plans
• Work closely and align with merchandise and demand planning to continuously improve product performance, sell out results, ROS, markdowns and price to determine needs
• Act as interface between Sales & Marketing, Operations and Finance to support Store team with administration and after sales, CRM
• Stay informed on consumer trends as well as closely collaborate with your regional peers in international sales wholesale and e-com to build a strong and cohesive omnichannel assortment strategy

Your stroll to CYBEX:

• You are currently studying for a Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration, international management with a focus on retail
• You have already gained some practical experience in industry
• You have very good analytical skills, extensive organizational skills and good user knowledge of MS Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• You have a good command of written and spoken German and English
• You own a (in germany valid) driver’s license in case of business trips
• You have a communicative and open manner
• A structured, detail-oriented and independent way of working round off your profile
