Content Makreting Specialist (m/f/d)

Why we need you

The Content Marketing Specialist supports the execution of Maltego’s content marketing initiatives across brand awareness, thought leadership, lead generation, and community engagement. This role is highly execution-focused and works closely with the Community Manager, Senior Demand Generation Manager, SMEs, Grants partners, and paid content collaborators to scale content production, campaign asset delivery, and distribution initiatives. The ideal candidate is hands-on, organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple content projects in a fast-moving B2B environment.

What to expect

Content Production & Execution

• Own execution of content initiatives from briefing and content creation to publication and promotion

• Create and repurpose content across blogs, webinars, whitepapers, reports, social media, emails, landing pages, and campaign assets

• Collaborate with freelancers, SMEs, partners, paid content collaborators, and internal stakeholders for content-related projects

• Coordinate content production timelines, reviews, approvals, and publishing schedules

Content Distribution & Campaign

• Execute content distribution across social media, website, email campaigns, community channels, and partner emails
• Manage day-to-day creating, publishing, and scheduling across social media platforms
• Repurpose long-form content into social posts, snippets, visuals, newsletters, and campaign assets
• Collaborate with Demand generation and Product Marketing teams to deliver campaign assets and lead generation initiatives

Community & Social Media

• Support with social media post creation and community engagement initiatives (e.g., Discord content, CTFs) and online programs such as webinars, Discord live sessions, CTFs, and webinars
• Help maintain content databases, brand consistency, and a cohesive audience experience across all brand touchpoints

Your profile in short

• 2-5 years of experience in content marketing, digital marketing, social media, or campaign execution

• Strong writing, editing, and organizational skills

• Comfortable working across multiple content formats and channels

• Detail-oriented with strong project coordination and execution capabilities

• Familiarity with content management systems, social media platforms, webinar platforms, and marketing workflows

• Able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• Collaborative, proactive, and execution-driven mindset

• Experience or familiarity with cybersecurity, intelligence solutions, OSINT, SaaS, or technical B2B industries is a strong plus.

• Experience with AI-assisted content workflows, marketing automation tools (e.g., Account Engagement, HubSpot), or creative production tools (e.g., Figma) is a plus
