Kundenbetreuung und Disposition der Lokomotiven

• In dieser Rolle bist Du erste:r Ansprechpartner:in in allen Servicefragen für unsere Kund:innen

• Du steuerst die Aufnahme und dispositive Koordination bei Störungen in der Zusammenarbeit mit den Kund:innen , Technik-Spezialist:innen und Dienstleistern

• Durch die regelmäßigen Abstimmungen arbeitest du eng mit allen internen Schnittstellen zusammen

Koordination und Überwachung unserer Dienstleistungen

• Du übernimmst die Planung, Abstimmung und Dokumentation der Wartung und Instandsetzung von Lokomotiven

• Du steuerst die Auftragsvergabe und Auftragsverfolgung mit unseren internen und externen Werkstattpartnern

• Außerdem übernimmst Du die Überwachung der Instandhaltungsfristen auf Basis unseres ERP-Systems

WAS DU MITBRINGST

• Du verfügst über eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung im technischen, kaufmännischen oder betriebswirtschaftlichen Bereich oder einer vergleichbaren Qualifikation

• Idealerweise konntest Du bereits erste relevante Berufserfahrung im Bereich Service / Disposition / Arbeitsvorbereitung sammeln, z.B. in den Branchen Bahn, Flugverkehr, Spedition / Logistik

• Du bringst eine hohe technische Affinität und das Interesse an Schienenfahrzeugen mit

• Du verfügst über verhandlungssichere Französischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse.

• Eine strukturierte, selbstständige und verantwortungsvolle Arbeitsweise ist für Dich selbstverständlich

• Deine ausgeprägte Kunden- und Serviceorientierung runden Dein Profil ab
