Hoka Manager, Trade Marketing - HOKA
- Own the development and execution of seasonal trade marketing programs aligned with brand and commercial objectives
- Develop bespoke campaigns and activations that support wholesale partners, drive consumer engagement, and increase conversion
- Collaborate with Sales, Commercial, Marketing, Visual Merchandising, and external partners to ensure seamless campaign delivery
- Ensure all initiatives are effectively planned, budgeted, measured, and supported by clear ROI reporting
- Care for stakeholder relationships, building strong partnerships with wholesale marketing and visual merchandising teams
- Support strategic wholesale initiatives including Shop-in-Shop concepts, point-of-sale executions, trade launches, and community-building opportunities
- Lead trade marketing activity within your market, driving collaboration, accountability, and high-performance standards across projects and teams where applicable
- You are a highly organised and commercially minded self-starter who takes ownership and delivers results
- You understand how to balance creativity and innovation with commercial objectives and measurable business outcomes
- You are a strong relationship builder who can confidently engage with stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally
- You have excellent planning, project management, and communication skills with exceptional attention to detail
- You are passionate about creating memorable consumer experiences that strengthen brand affinity and drive growth
- Demonstrated experience in trade marketing or related field
- Experience leading a team is a plus
- Retail footwear, fashion, sporting goods, or lifestyle brand experience is a plus
- A strong understanding of omnichannel marketing and consumer engagement strategies
- Experience managing marketing budgets
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
