What you'll do

• Develop and execute the content framework that drives customer engagement and brand awareness across the digital marketing value chain

• This role translates complex product capabilities into compelling narratives optimized for digital channels, social platforms, and marketing automation systems

• Define core content frameworks and asset libraries that support campaign execution while maintaining consistent brand voice across regional markets and customer segments

• Shape customer perception of the organization's digital transformation and commercial excellence through strategic storytelling, creative execution, and data-driven optimization

• Directly support the customer-centric development by creating content that enhances customer experience, builds trust, and drives measurable business results across digital touchpoints

Who you are

• Experience in B2B digital marketing with a demonstrated ability to develop content strategies, manage marketing campaigns, and translate technical concepts into compelling narratives for diverse audiences and channels

• Proficient in digital marketing platforms, social media management tools, content creation software, and marketing automation systems

• Possess strong copywriting and visual communication skills across multiple formats and channels

• Exhibit a collaborative working style with cross-functional teams including product managers, sales professionals, and marketing stakeholders while maintaining organizational health, inclusive communication practices, and accountability for campaign results
