Sales Account Manager (m/f/d)
Job DescriptionManage and coordinate multiple key account sales activities across regionsCollaborate closely with Advantest’s global affiliates to support, shape, and implement corporate business objectivesDrive sales growth by expanding business with existing customers and identifying new opportunitiesDevelop and execute effective marketing and account development strategiesActively contribute to the achievement of Advantest’s overall corporate goals as a committed team memberBuild and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and corporate stakeholdersProvide regular forecasts and strategic planning for order intake and sales activitiesGather customer insights and feedback, and relay them to relevant internal departments to drive continuous improvementJob RequirementsDegree in Electrical Engineering with a focus on Microelectronics, Semiconductors, or a comparable fieldAt least 8 years of experience in sales of capital goods, ideally in a senior roleProven experience in leading and managing staff is a strong plusFluent in English, both written and spokenStrong intercultural competence and experience in working with international teamsStrategic and business-oriented mindsetProven ability to work effectively within cross-functional teamsExcellent negotiation and presentation skillsStrong motivational and organizational capabilitiesOutstanding communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approachSelf-driven, proactive, and open-minded personalityWillingness to travel internationally as requiredJob DetailsJob Type: Full-timeCategory: Sales
