With offices in Amsterdam, Munich, and Barcelona and a workforce of over forty employees and contractors, Integrated Systems Events is fully dedicated in organizing the annual ISE Show. ISE Show is THE leading trade show for the latest techniques, trends, and solutions for creating visual experiences. We’re looking for a Marketing Executive (f/m/d), to join our dynamic Marketing team in a full-time position in Munich, Germany.

Marketing Executive (f/m/d)

In this role, you’ll help shape and deliver creative campaigns that captivate global audiences and bring our events to life. From developing compelling marketing strategies to supporting on-site activations, you’ll play a key role in building excitement before, during, and after our shows.

As part of the team, you’ll take ownership of planning, executing, and coordinating marketing campaigns across multiple channels. Working closely with internal stakeholders, you’ll ensure every campaign is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard - driving engagement and measurable results.

Your Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage, and execute marketing campaigns linked to specific projects.

• Coordinate campaign rollouts across social media, email, web, and other channels.

• Collaborate with project teams to understand objectives, timelines, and key deliverables.

• Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights.

• Create compelling messages and content to promote show features.

• Support on-site initiatives at ISE’s annual event and other recurring events throughout the year.

• Assist the department’s management team with research, reporting, and documentation.

• University degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.

• Previous experience in marketing, communications, or events is preferred.

• Strong English writing and communication skills.

• Creative mindset and the ability to contribute ideas for campaign concepts.

• Ability to design concise presentations

• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms (CMS, social media management, marketing automation is a plus).

• You’ve got a good eye for design – Canva or Adobe experience is a bonus.
