Core tasks

· Host the perfect coffee moment – Prepare high-quality coffee and drinks with barista skills.

· Serve with a smile – Paying attention to guests is your top priority. Ensure both in-house and external guests feel welcome by engaging with them and actively serving them their tables.

· Keep it fresh & clean – Prepare all products while following hygiene and quality standards. Keep the café area clean, organised, and inviting at all times.

· Sell & promote – Recommend and promote our products in a natural and engaging way.

· Handle transactions – Handle payments and daily cash-ups accurately.

Required competences

• Skilled in coffee & food preparation – You know how to prepare coffee professionally and have barista skills, including basic latte art.
• Hosting mindset – You enjoy making people feel welcome and creating a great atmosphere.
• Detail-oriented & hygienic – You handle products and equipment with care, ensuring cleanliness and compliance with hygiene standards.
• Resilient & adaptable – You can handle busy shifts and stay organised under pressure.
• Sales talent – You naturally promote and recommend our products to enhance the guest experience.

· Responsible & team-oriented – You take ownership of your tasks and ensure smooth daily operations. You understand the importance of clear communication with colleagues and always think and act with your team in mind.

Our offer

· A gross salary of €15,44 per hour
