The Product Design team at AutoScout24 ensures that we create the right products to deliver delight to customers by working closely with cross-functional partners to establish best practices and processes, develop an end-to-end product rollout plan, align cross-functional stakeholders on strategy, track and communicate business metrics, and help scale product knowledge throughout the organisation. We are currently looking for a Principal Product Designer to join our B2B team. You will work in a dynamic collaborative team in our Munich or Berlin offices. Our work format is hybrid, and we meet in the office twice a week. What You’ll Do Lead and oversee the user experience of a product from conception to launch in partnership with product managers, engineers, UX researchers and content designersHave an end-to-end responsibility for a specific product design experienceContribute to strategic decisions around the future direction of AutoScout24 productsTranslate analysis and research insights into new ideas and concepts with the help of our analysis and research teamsFacilitate strategic conversations and meetings to drive progress against goalsRepresent design in a variety of forums with product, engineeringConstantly push your limits and look for opportunities to improveBe an active part and contribute to our design community.
