Our mission at Avelios is to unlock clinical data to power seamless healthcare operations for better patient care. To do so, we have built a modular software platform that digitizes and optimizes workflows in hospitals with cutting-edge technology in a user-friendly way. With our software, we enable hospitals, doctors & nurses to provide their patients with the best possible care.

THE TEAM AND ROLE

As a Working Student Marketing (all genders) , you will join our Marketing team and help shape how Avelios shows up externally. From creating engaging content and visuals to strengthening our digital presence, you will contribute to a variety of marketing initiatives and help grow our visibility as we scale.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• LinkedIn & Digital Marketing: Shape our LinkedIn presence by planning, creating and publishing engaging content, managing our content calendar and community interactions, and analyzing performance to continuously improve our reach and engagement across various target groups.

• Content Creation & Visual Design: Bring creative ideas to life by writing compelling copy and designing visuals for LinkedIn, our website and other marketing channels using Figma and existing brand templates. Research suitable imagery, coordinate with internal stakeholders and ensure consistent brand communication.

• Photography & Multimedia: Capture moments from new joiners to company events through photography, edit images using Darkroom and support occasional video production.

• Marketing & Brand Support: Contribute to newsletters, marketing and sales materials, and selected events, helping bring our brand to life across different touchpoints.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• Currently studying marketing, communications, business, media or a related field.

• Solid hands-on marketing experience , ideally in a start-up, scale-up, B2B company or agency, with exposure to different areas of marketing beyond social media.

• Experience in digital marketing, LinkedIn content creation and visual communication , with a strong understanding of engaging and effective marketing content.

• Experience with Figma , photography and image editing tools such as Darkroom , combined with a strong eye for visual design and brand consistency.

• Strong writing and communication skills , with the ability to turn complex topics into clear and compelling content.

• Creative and execution-driven mindset with a high bar for quality, strong organizational skills and the ability to independently drive marketing tasks forward.

• Fluency in German and English , with excellent written communication skills in both languages.

• nice to have: Experience with video editing and basic knowledge of print production, including preparing print-ready files.
